Once you have the form ready, you can send it out to the people you want to vote for. Click on the “Send via email” button at the top right of the form. Once the form has been sent, you can preview the results in the spreadsheet tab. You can also customize the message that will be sent to the people who have voted.

Each column and row represents the rank that each voter gave to each candidate. You may notice some cells that are empty, as the voters didn’t rank all of the options on the ballot. You can always go back to the original data if you need to make changes.

Once you have created your form, name it after the decision you want to make.
